1. Use of Services

• WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy.
• All applicable local, state, and international laws.

You must NOT use the service for sending spam, fraudulent messages, or content that violates Meta's guidelines.

2. Account Responsibilities

To access our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (API Keys, Passwords).
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Providing accurate and complete business information during registration.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Payments & Subscription

Our services are billed on a subscription or pay-as-you-go basis. By purchasing a plan, you agree that:

• Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.
• Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension of API access.

4. Limitation of Liability

Shambhu E-Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
• Service interruptions caused by Meta/WhatsApp server downtimes or maintenance.
• Loss of data due to unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to violating WhatsApp's anti-spam policies.
